Being a web based system, allows the clients operations to use Quality’s remote management control unit, as well as the implementation of the Integrated Quality’s System to the customers' own security and control rooms. The infra structure of the client based rooms can have access to the same benefits of using our in-house centralised remote management.
With this system, and all the tools presented below, the Quality.com.vc platform offers a Command and Control Center, where the management of all actions from the security room agents are audited in real time, monitoring productivity and Quality, as well as acting immediately to any adjustments or fixes, adding to the logs and database for future training.
With this, we have an integrated and robust system capable of managing the information produced by Quality management tools, effectively controlling the operations, generating data and reports as well as providing results and indicators for monitoring the quality of security rooms and risk management.
DATA BASE ACCESS AND REPORTS
With a username and password, the clients can access all the information of the managed units, in real time via the web.
Quality.com.vc is the exclusive management platform responsible for integrating all the above features with custom procedures determined in the risk analysis for each site managed, so that the responses to events and bug fixes act in real time, immediately after the events, carefully complying with the procedures determined by Quality along with the client.
It should be noted that all Quality’s management system operates remotely, integrating all existing equipment owned by the client, with no need to rebuild any current security systems previously installed, leaving to risk analysis and diagnostics, the verification of the current situation and possible demands of adjustments, "upgrades" and new implementations so that we can guarantee the results.

This is Qualitys main tool of control, effectively making image analysis automated and based on pre-programmed triggers, identifying events without the need for human intervention and generating flawless results whilst being more cost effective then employing human labour.

With the black box you will not only receive real time information of temperature and humidity indicators, but also be able to trigger preventive actions like blockage, alarm activation and high light.
License plate recognition
License plate recognition systems work by applying the same technology used on OCRs (optical character recognition). The LPR may be used to control the entrance, exit and the time of stay of any or all vehicles. They can be registered under a white list - allowing for the entrance of that vehicle without the need for any interaction for identification. Vehicles not added to the white list, will be part of a black list - which can restrict access and even include the use of a tyre shredder.

Recording surveillance video, access and alarm logs remotely means that we can guarantee the integrity of information while making those images readily available to white colar staff via a controlled access website.
